ANUGA - world's largest food fair

The leading international trade fair Anuga is an important meeting point for the food and beverage industry. Also this year the fair took place in Cologne from 09. - 13. October again for a variety of inspirations and new trends. Voxtrade has been regularly represented with a stand for 20 years and was again at the start this year as an exhibitor.

Due to the corona it was difficult for many Asian countries to attend the fair personally this year. Because only approved Covid-19 vaccines of the EU were allowed or a previous quarantine was required. This also explains the significantly reduced presence of visitors from countries such as China, Japan and South Korea. The “big player”, exhibitors from the large slaughterhouses were also absent, which meant that our stand was also visited by many new interested parties. Due to the reduced number of visitors, we were able to take all more time for each individual to hold detailed conversations. The leading trade fair is an ideal place for us to unite customers from all over the world in one place and to make contacts or to maintain existing ones. From an ecological point of view, this enables us to avoid long air travel in the interests of climate change.

International, inspiring and above all personal - that was Anuga 2021. 
Despite the extraordinary circumstances, our participation in the fair was a positive event for us. The implementation was an important step back to normality, in which it was impressively proven that innovation, sustainability and pleasure will also belong together in future.
